We offer 2 different floor plans and multiple care options that are sure to fit your every need!

Care Level 1:

Minimal assistance with daily living activities.

  • Occasional reminders for self care
  • Daily social activities

Stand by assistance with showers, dressing, grooming, bathing & personal hygiene.

Care Level 2:

Moderate assistance.

  • Increased Supervision
  • Reminder to use the restroom
  • Escort to activities and encouragement if needed
  • Escort to and from the dining room
  • Medication management

Moderate assistance with showers, dressing, grooming, bathing & personal hygiene.

Care Level 3:

Routine, hands-on assistance.

  • Total incontinence care
  • Transfer assistance for wheel chair dependent residents
  • Continuous monitoring and/or frequent dispensing of medications

Total assistance with showers, dressing, grooming, bathing & personal hygiene.
